Refunds

As long as your listing has not yet been published in one of our three Letters, you can cancel it and get any fees you have already paid back. Please write to us as early as possible, but no later than the submission deadline of the respective Letter:

• Workletter: Monday, 2 pm
• Loveletter: Tuesday, 2 pm
• Homeletter: Wednesday, 2 pm

Once your listing has been published, we can no longer refund it. This also applies if the reason for your listing no longer exists after publication, for example because the position has already been filled, the course is fully booked, or the apartment has already been taken.

If you used our Link Entry Service, where we turn your submitted job links into finished job listings, the link fee remains payable even if you cancel your listing before publication.

In all other respects, the statutory provisions on the right of withdrawal apply to you as a consumer. You can find the details in our withdrawal instructions.
